Salon Etiquette & Children

Hair Holistic reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct, tardiness, no-shows, or any other situation we deem inappropriate.

– Our waiting area is small and cozy, and will only accommodate a few people.
– Please limit the number of people who are waiting for you during your appointment.
– We ask that you keep all children home, we want you to relax and enjoy your service.
– Also we want our other guess be able to do the same.
– There are many dangers in a salon. Serious, life threatening injuries have resulted from children playing on a stylist’s chair.

Children receiving a service

– Never allow children near the stations unless they are getting a haircut.
– Children receiving a service cannot be left unattended in the salon.
– We will not be held liable for any injury if you unsupervised or allow your children to play with or on any of our salon equipment.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Products

As a small business, we are not able to write-off losses as the big businesses do every time you return a product.

– There are NO returns or exchanges of opened or used products purchased at Hair Holistic.
– We will suggest try our products behind the chair when you are having your hair done, or buy small sizes, specially IF you are sensitive to scents or ingredients.
– There are no exchanges, returns or refunds for brushes, discounted items & Gift Cards.

Head Lice

It is against Studio Policy and health department rules to perform services on clients with head lice. If a client has been diagnosed with head lice while receiving a service in the salon, we would not be able to complete the service the same day. We would be able to complete the service within 48 hours once the head lice treatment has been completed.

Gift Certificate Policy

– Gift certificates are valid for up to one year from the date of purchase and must be presented at time of service.
– Copies of gift certificates are not acceptable.
– Please call Hair Holistic Studio concerning lost gift certificates.
– All gift certificates are non-refundable.
– Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
– Gift certificates are valid at Hair Holistic Studio only for all products and services available.
– We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Due to government-mandated health & safety requirements placed on our industry we have added a salon disposable kit as a part of finding an efficient and productive sanitation procedure, HAIR HOLISTIC will provide a disposable safety salon kit. This Disposable supplies are for each client and all salon services and it will be in place for the safety and security of all. We are working hard to give you the new disposable measures at a reasonable disposable fee, so you can continue having your essential hair services with a peaceful mind that you will be safe in our salon.

– The disposable kit will include but it not be limited and it will depend on availability, demand, supplier price, etc: shoe cover, disposable gown, 1 cape, 1 fiber towel, towel, bowl, blue face mask, small hand sanitizer spray, chair and sink cover, plastic cap, comb, clips, gloves, toilet cover.
– Disposables are available regular plastic $20 and eco friendly biodegradable version $24.
– If the disposable fiber towel is not enough, you can buy extra ones or a choice of micro fiber or cotton towel.
